Haradhan Das Baul belongs to the Baul tradition. An ancient mystic lineage of wandering musicians and faqirs, who roam the lands of Bengal singing mystic songs infused with he magic of Radha & Krishna and Vaishnava devotion.

The baul songs are part of an ancient oral tradition, songs passed down from generation to generation. As a small child, Haradhan Das Baul would wake at 5am and set out walking with his father to reach the nearby villages and towns to reach out and share the mystic visions contained within their music.
